Ingredients
- khoya 500 gm
- suger powder 120 gm
- Cardamom 5 pieces
- pistachio for garnish
Directions
in a wok add khoya and cook on very low heat while stirring till it melts (abt 10 minutes)
once cool add ground cardmom, sugar powder and mix it till it all combines ( do not over mix)
grease a baking tray or a pan and transfer the kalakand mixture; press evenly and let it set for 30 minutes
sprinkle sliced pistachios to cover the kalakand
invert the dish on a cutting board and cut kalakand in desire sizes and shapes .
