Ingredients
- chicken mince 1 cup
- green chilli(chopped) ½ tsp
- garlic(chopped) 1/2 tsp
- chaddar cheese 1/2 cup
- salt 1tsp
- black pepper 1/2 tsp
- cumin 1 tsp
- flour 2 tbsp
- water 2 tbsp
- oil for deep frying
Directions
- to make lai (flour paste) in a small bowl combine flour and water to smooth a paste keep a side
- to make a filling , combine all the ingredients in a mixing bowl and mix it well
- fill each wonton wrapper with the spoon full filling
- wrap wonton as mentioned and seal the edges with the Lai ( flour paste)
- Deep fry wonton on a medium low heat while constantly rotating till light golden brown in color
