Ingredients
- Chicken mince (boiled) 1 cup
- Green onion ½ cup
- Fresh coriander(chopped) ¼ bunch
- Chadder cheese 1 cup
- Salt 1 tsp
- Chilli flakes 1 tsp
- Black pepper 1 tsp
- Cumin 1 tsp
- Oil for deep frying
Directions
- Combine all the ingredients and mix it well
- Fill each each with a table spoon full of mixture and roll to a triangle
- Seal the edges with the Lai ( flour water paste)
- Deep fry samosas on a medium low heat while constantly rotating till light golden brown in color
