Ingredients
- BALOCHI TIKKA KARAHI
- Tikka cut 6 pcs
FOR MASALA - Black pepper 10 -12
- Cloves 3
- Cumin 1 tsp
- Whole coiander 1 tbsp
- Whole red chilli 10 pcs
- Salt 1 ½ tsp
- Citric acid ½ tsp
- Garnish
- Lemon 3
BALOCHI SALAD - Carrot 1
- Cucumber 1
- Tomato 1
- Radish 1
- Beet root 1
- Fresh coriander ½ bunch
- Green chilli 4 to 5
- Fresh garlic 3 cloves
Directions
put a slit in chicken tikka pieces especially its joints.
in a wok add oil, chicken and water and turn the heat on to high
cook chicken for 8-10 minutes
to this add green chilli and garlic and cook till chicken and chili gets golden in colour
strain the chicken along with chilli and garlic in a mixing bowl
sprinkle generous amount of homemade Balochi Tikka Masala and squeezed lemons and mix well
serve with Nan
FOR MASALA
adding black pepper and cloves in a grinder and grind till it breaks down
to this add cumin seeds,coriander seeds,whole red chillies and grind them coarsely
add about citric acid/tatri and 2 table spoon of salt or to your taste. Mix well and store in a a jar
